I learned so much about Zen gardens, such as: "They’re compact spaces in which stones and trees, pathways and ponds, sunlight and shade are arranged to convey slivers of the sublimity people might feel on a mountain top or in an old growth forest." Now I want to go there, look at it in a new way, and have a cup of tea!

I have always felt the best time to be in Golden Gate Park is in a light rain. Few other people, very peaceful, and the greens are absolutely amazing. Thanks for this, very informative and enjoyable to read.
